Aktuell arbeite ich parallel an zwei Dingen die auf den ersten Blick beide ziemlich chaotisch wirken. Zum einen an einem Klemmbaustein Set mit vielen Technik Elementen und einer Anleitung bei der man zwischen den ganzen kleinen Schritten schnell den Überblick verliert. Zum anderen an einem neuen Song der sich momentan ähnlich anfühlt. Viele einzelne Ideen Riffs und Fragmente die noch nicht komplett zusammenpassen. Manche Teile funktionieren sofort andere müssen mehrfach umgebaut oder neu arrangiert werden. Gerade in dieser Phase sieht vieles eher nach Baustelle als nach fertigem Ergebnis aus. Aber genau dort befinden wir uns im Moment mit unserem Songwriting Prozess. Stück für Stück fügt sich alles zusammen.
Right now I’m working on two things in parallel that both look pretty chaotic at first glance. One is a building brick set with lots of technical elements and instructions where it’s easy to lose track between all the tiny steps. The other is a new song that currently feels very similar. Lots of separate ideas riffs and fragments that don’t fully connect yet. Some parts work immediately others need to be rebuilt or rearranged multiple times. At this stage everything looks more like a construction site than a finished result. And that’s pretty much where we currently are in our songwriting process. Piece by piece it slowly comes together.
